Nothing on this site is for sale yet, and nothing renews automatically. This page sets the rules before anything opens, so you know them in advance. The price and total are always shown next to the buy button before you pay, with no hidden fees.

Coffee Club waitlist

Joining the list is free and is not an order or a subscription. You can leave at any time. If the coffee club opens later, its terms, price, shipping and cancellation steps will be shown before you pay, by the roaster who sells it, and the roaster’s own terms will apply.

Star Kitchen recipe book (digital download)

When the book is listed it will be a single purchase delivered by download. Because a download cannot be returned, we will give a full refund on request within 14 days of purchase if the file does not open or work, if you were charged twice, or if the book is materially different from how it was described. Email us with your order details. We answer within 5 business days. Nothing ships.

Booths

Applying is free and charges nothing. If a booth fee is added, it will be shown with the total before you pay, and you may cancel within 7 days of paying for a full refund if your booth has not yet been published. After a booth is published, booth fees are for listing and placement and are not a promise of sales. Any booth that renews will say so in plain words before payment and can be cancelled online or by email at any time, with cancellation effective at the end of the paid period and no further charge.

Food from other kitchens

If you buy food from a kitchen or retailer we link to, they handle the order, shipping, refunds, returns and any food-safety problem. Contact them first. We are happy to help you reach them.
